Terms of Service

Service description
WombatOps is a client-delivery workspace — clients, projects, tasks, documents and a client portal. Features may change during the beta period.
Beta status
The service is currently an invite-only, assisted beta. Features, pricing and availability may change, and no feature is guaranteed to remain exactly as-is.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for accurate registration information and for your account credentials. During beta, organizations are single-owner — there's no self-serve multi-member invite flow yet.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no abuse of the platform, no attempting to access another organization's data, and no storing data you aren't legally permitted to process. Please don't put highly sensitive or regulated data into WombatOps unless we've explicitly agreed to it — see our Beta Limitations.
Customer content ownership
You retain ownership of your content — your clients, projects, tasks, documents and attachments. Our rights are limited to what's needed to host and operate the service for you.
Data handling
See our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Service availability — no SLA during beta
There is no uptime guarantee or formal service-level agreement during the beta period.
Payment / billing
There is no self-serve billing today. Beta pricing (if any) is agreed and invoiced manually — see our draft pricing, which is indicative only.
Cancellation
You can stop using the service and request data export/deletion at any time — no minimum term during beta.
Limitations
Single-owner organizations only, no mobile app, no self-serve billing, no enterprise SLA — see the full list on our Beta Limitations page.
Liability disclaimer (draft)
A standard beta-stage limitation-of-liability clause will apply — the specific wording is pending legal drafting and is not final.
Termination
Either party can terminate. We'll provide a reasonable data-export window before deleting an organization's data.
Governing law
To be confirmed based on our registered legal entity.
