30 days on WombatOps, set up with you personally

The 30 days are free. We review every application personally, onboard each team ourselves, and take on a few teams at a time — that's why it's invite-only. If WombatOps fits after 30 days, you keep your founding rate for good. If it doesn't, you walk away having lost nothing.

Who it's for

Small web/marketing/design agencies and solo consultants/freelancers currently managing 2–15 active client projects across scattered tools, willing to give structured feedback in exchange for hands-on setup and the founding rate.

What's included

  • A 30-day trial of the full product: clients, projects, board/backlog/sprints, documents, client portal, automation and review-first AI task drafting.
  • A personal onboarding session to set up your organization.
  • Help recreating your 1–3 most active client projects (manual entry — no automated import yet).
  • One mid-beta check-in around day 10–15.
  • Direct access to the founder/operator — no support ticket queue.
  • The founding rate locked in for good — the price you join at stays when paid plans launch (see Pricing).

What happens in 30 days

By the end of 30 days, you should be running at least one real, active client project inside WombatOps end-to-end — client → project → tasks → documents → client sees progress in the portal — and have a clear opinion on whether it fits your workflow well enough to keep using and pay for.

What's not here yet — read before applying

Single-owner organizations only for now — no multi-member invite flow yet. No mobile app (the web app works on a phone but isn't mobile-optimized). No self-serve billing — anything you pay is agreed and invoiced manually. Privacy Policy, Terms and DPA are drafts pending legal review. WhatsApp reminders are built but turned off during beta. And no formal SLA or promised outcome — this is an evolving product, not a case-study-backed guarantee. If any of these are day-one dealbreakers, we're not ready for you yet, and we'd rather tell you now.

What we ask in return

One structured feedback conversation at the end of the 30 days, permission to ask follow-up questions during the beta, and — if you're happy with it — a short testimonial or willingness to be a reference for future prospects.
