Beta limitations

We'd rather tell you what's not ready than let you find out the hard way. Here's the full, honest list:

• Invite-only, assisted beta — public self-serve signup is off; every customer is personally onboarded.
• No self-serve billing yet — beta pricing (if any) is invoiced manually; no in-app subscriptions exist.
• No enterprise SLA — no formal uptime guarantee or support-response-time commitment during beta.
• No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification — we have not commissioned an independent security audit or certification.
• Please don't put highly sensitive or regulated data in WombatOps (e.g. health records, payment card data, government ID numbers, special-category personal data) unless we've explicitly agreed to it with you in writing.
• Data export/deletion is a manual process today — there is no self-serve “export everything” or “delete my account” button yet.
• WhatsApp reminders are built but turned off — only email notifications (the digest) are live.
• Automation/email-digest is currently scoped primarily to our own organization as more organizations become active, this needs to become fully org-scoped before every customer can be treated equally.
• Public self-serve signup stays off until a separate, controlled signup test has been run — it's a deliberate, gated step, not an oversight.
