Data Processing Agreement
Draft for beta participants. Final legal review pending. This page is not legal advice and may change before or after a formal review.
If your organization needs a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to use WombatOps, we can provide one — contact us and we'll work through it with you directly.
We're not publishing a click-through DPA here yet because it covers real commitments — roles, security measures, subprocessor terms, breach notification, deletion on termination — that we want a lawyer to review with you rather than presenting as a take-it-or-leave-it document on a beta website.
For context: our working model is that WombatOps acts as a processor for the client/project content you put into your organization, and you act as the controller of your own clients' data. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for how that content is protected today.
